Barnabas Nawangwe, (yazaalibwa 17 Ogwolubereberye 1956) Munnayuganda, mukubi wa pulaani, munnabyanjiriza era mu kiseera kino ye mumyuka wa kyansala wa Makerere University, (university ya gavumenti esinga obunene mu Uganda ).
