Barnabas Nawangwe, (yazaalibwa 17 Ogwolubereberye 1956) Munnayuganda, mukubi wa pulaani z'ebizimbe, munnabyanjiriza era mu kiseera kino ye mumyuka wa kyansala wa Ssettendekero wa Makerere, (university ya gavumenti esinga obunene mu Uganda ).[1] Yaweereza ekisanja kye ekyasooka eky’emyaka etaano okuva mu 2017 [2] okutuuka mu Gwomunaana 2022. Nga 12 Ogwomunaana 2022, olukiiko lwa yunivasite y’e Makerere lwaddamu okumulonda ekisanja eky'okubiri eky’emyaka etaano.[3]
