Akina Maama wa Afrika
Akina Mama wa Afrika (AMwA) (Luswayili "Abakyala Afirika") kya'atandikibwawo mu 1985 mu Bungereza ng'ekibiina ky'abakyala Abafirika. Mu kaseera kano kitongole ky'ansi yonna era kirimu Amawanga ga Africa ag'enjawulo kitongole kya bw'annakyewa ng'iktebe ky'akyo ekikulu kiri mu Kampala, Uganda.[1][2]

Mu 2014, AMwA, wamu n'ebitongole by'abakyala ebirala, bakola olukangaana mu Kampala ku mutwe ogwa "okwongera amaanyi eri edoboozi ly'abakyala abafirika mu nteekateeka za 2015".[7] Olukangaana luno lw'ali lwakujjukiza ku nsonga abakyala abafirika z'ebasisinkan nga okutulugunyizibwa olw'ekikula ky'abwe.[8][9]
Ebimu ku bitongole ebiyambyeko mu kuwagira Akina Mama wa Afrika mulimu African Women's Development Fund ne Sigrid Rausing Trust.[10][11]
The African Women’s Leadership Institute (AWLI)
