Oluvanyuma yakola nga munnamateeka wa International Justice Mission okumala emyaka egikunukkiriza mu etaano, mu kaseera kano akola nga Maneja akwasaganya eby'enkulakulana mu kampuni ya Shonubi Musoke & Co. Advocates.[2][3]
Mu Gwomwenda 2020, Diana Angwech yalondebwa mu kifo ky'amyuka Pulezidenti w'ekibiina kya'abannamateeka ekya Uganda Law Society (ULS) nga y'adda mu bigere bya Phoena Wall, eyali alondeddwa ku bwa Pulezidenti wa ULS.[4][5] Era akola nga Sentebe w'akakiiko ka k'abannamateeka abato wansi w'akakiiko k'abakulu ab'atwala ekibiina ky'abannamateeka ekya ULS wamu n'akakiiko k'abannamateeka abato wansi wa East Africa Law Society.[6]
Angwech ye sentebe era omutandisi wa pulogulaamu ya Alabaster Mentorship Program.[7] Ye sentebe w'ekitongole ky'obwannanyini ekya Abide Family Centre eky'atandikibwawo okutumbula eby'obulamu mu famire ekisangibwa mu Jinja, Uganda.[8]
