Elizabeth Mpagi Bahigeine (eyali Elizabeth Mpagi), era Elizabeth Mpagi-Bahigeine, Munnayuganda ow'ebyamatteka era omulamuzi, aweereza nga Deputy Chief Justice wa Uganda okuva mu 2010 okutuusa bwe yawumula emirimu gye mu 2012.[1] Mu kissera nga tanalondebwa nga deputy chief justice, yali Justice wa Court of Appeal ya Uganda, era eweereza nga Constitutional Court ya Uganda.[2]
