Stella Kizza (yazaalibwa nga 1 Ogusooka mu mwaka gwa 1965) accountant Omunnayuganda era ow'ebyobufuzi. Ye yali omubaka omukyaala akiikirira Disitulikitti ya Kyegegwa mu Paalamenti ya Uganda ey'ekumi.[1] Yali candidate ayimiliddewo ku bubwa naye oluvanyuma yegatta ku kibiina ekifugga ekya National Resistance Movement (NRM).
