Request for help enabling Cat-a-lot properly on all pages (lg.wikipedia)

Hello Neriah, I am currently a temporary Administrator on Luganda Wikipedia. I'm trying to make the Cat-a-lot gadget work properly on search results pages and article pages (not just category pages).I have already tried adding it via common.js, but the tool box does not appear outside category pages.Could you please help enable it site-wide correctly? Specifically, we need the editpages: true option active so it works on all pages. This is defined in MediaWiki:Gadget-Cat-a-lot.js. Did the community's approval for installing the gadget cover this as well?
